spacious room quality amenities large pool drainage problem smoking area unpaid water
The room was notably spacious! It featured quality in-room amenities. The pool was one of the largest I have seen, it offered plenty of space to relax. Breakfast provided many delicious options.
The shower in my room had a drainage problem that caused water stagnation. I informed management, but the issue persisted.

The room was spacious with a large balcony. It was acceptable.
The live counters for Indian food were poorly managed. A dosa took 30 minutes. I reminded the staff multiple times. The waiter did not bring the food until after my meeting. This happened all four days.

I was upgraded to a luxury suite upon arrival. himanshu and praju were both attentive and kind. aaron, raj mohan, and sarthak prepared vegan dishes for my mom. This. grace and sumi gave a wonderful indian champi massage at the j wellness circle spa!

coconut chutney pedestrian walkway
The breakfast buffet had great food. Freshly made dosa and coconut chutney stood out. It was nice to walk along the beach. A pedestrian walkway is out in front of the hotel.
The external area en route to the pool was not pretty. The pool area wasn't particularly nice.

top food divine pool ocean view
every restaurant presented a good experience with top food quality and taste. the pool had a divine design. so many activities were available to everyone. i really enjoyed the lovely views of the palm and the ocean.
the gym was a bit small. i think it could benefit from additional equipment. it felt crowded during peak hours, limiting workout options at times.

the room featured a king bed and a separate seating area. it included a large television and fast internet access. the bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower.

the breakfast offered A LOT of variety. Rooms ARE modern AND comfortable. the hotel interior HAS very nice design.
i had to ask FOR toiletries to BE refilled. the room SMELLED musty. the location IS at the end of the palm and uber drivers DID not want to drive there.

musty smell inconvenient location
The staff were cute and professional upon arrival.
I found the room quite small and it had a musty smell. The location is at the far end of the Palm, and taxis were reluctant to come out that far. Getting around was inconvenient.
